Returns
If you change your mind, you can send anything back unused and in its original packaging within 30 working days of your order arriving.
To start a return, contact us with your name, order number and the items you are sending back. Please let us know before you post anything.
Return postage is yours to pay unless the item is faulty, damaged on arrival, or not as ordered or described. A free proof of postage from the Post Office is worth getting.
Once your return reaches us, we refund your original payment method within 10 to 14 working days.
If something is wrong
If anything arrives faulty or damaged, or is not as ordered or described, contact us and we will put it right. You will not pay to send it back.
